Terms & Conditions

Your Consumer Rights:

  • We aim to despatch all goods on the same working day of receiving your order.
  • You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of goods during which time you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund on the purchase price. (This period is extended to 21 days over the Christmas period.)
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
  • In the unlikely event your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for either a credit or a replacement to be sent out.
  • Goods are only substituted after discussing the situation with you (the customer) by phone or email.
  • The Puppet Company do not use any premium rate telephone, fax or internet charges.

Security & Privacy Policy:

  • The Puppet Company does not pass on customer details to any third parties.
  • When your shopping is complete, you will be directed to the Global Pay secure E payments site, here your details will be passed through the banking system.
  • To promote secure internet shopping, your card details cannot be viewed and are not be held by us.
  • We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
