Returns & Refunds

Shortages and/or damaged goods must be reported to The Puppet Company Ltd® within 3 days of receipt of goods, otherwise, we reserve the right to not authorize refunds or replacements for any shortages or damaged goods subsequently reported.

  • We aim to despatch all goods on the same working day of receiving your order. (If ordered before 2pm.) 
  • You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of goods during which time you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund on the purchase price. (This period is extended to 21 days over the Christmas period.)
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
  • In the unlikely event your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for either a credit or a replacement to be sent out.
  • Goods are only substituted after discussing the situation with you (the customer) by phone or email.
