USA Trading Terms

Minimum order: $250

US freight paid on orders of $600 or more. *

For orders under $600 freight is charged at cost

* For customers outside the US, prices are ex-works (or free to a US mainland destination for orders of $750 or more).

US credit accounts are payable within 28 days from delivery of goods.

Canadian Trading Terms

Minimum opening order: $250

Minimum subsequent orders: $150

Retailer is responsible for all freight and brokerage 

Accounts must be current before subsequent deliveries are made.

Non-US or Canadian customers: payment required in advance for all orders.

Shortages and/or damaged goods must be reported to The Puppet Company Ltd® within 3 days of receipt of goods, otherwise we reserve the right to not authorise credit for any shortages or damaged goods subsequently reported.

The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt but equitable and beneficial ownership shall remain with The Puppet Company Ltd® until payment is received in full for all invoices.

The Puppet Company Ltd® reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Our terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions stated on a customer’s purchase order.
